However, line balancing really is simple when you have two machines on one line, both ready to mount all your components. Changing job orders is also easy thanks to MYPlan, our scheduling and optimization software. MYPlan helps you juggle changeovers while maintaining a line throughput up to 80 000 cph (64 000 cph according to IPC 9850). With the Line Mode software option you do not have to split jobs anymore as your line behaves as a single machine with double the output.
